MARITIME ELECTRONICS DEPARTMENT - COMMERCIAL VESSELS - NAVIGATION - LOGS

We offer two types of logs:

• Walker and Skipper electromagnetic logs,
• Skipper Doppler logs.

Walker 4040 is dedicated for medium - sized blue water vessels. Available with fixed or retraceable transducer for different hull types. Measures the vessel's speed over water.

The basic set includes:

• Operator's panel,
• Remote calibration keyboard,
• Fixed or retraceable transducer with 25 m cable,
• Transducer installation kit.

Walker 7070 is dedicated for blue water vessels. Apart from log (measuring speed over water and over ground) it may easily be upgraded to include wind meter (relative and true wind speed and direction measurement) or even a complete weather station (air temperature, humidity and pressure).

Available with fixed or retraceable transducer for different hull types.

The basic set (log) includes:

• Electronics panel,
• Fixed or retraceable log transducer and 25 m cable,
• Transducer installation kit,
• Speed and log display.

Upgrade to wind meter requires the following additional elements:

• Wind speed and direction sensor and 20 m cable,

• Wind speed and direction display

Upgrade to weather station requires the following additional elements:

• Air pressure, humidity and temperature sensors,
• Display.

As a supplement to Walker's logs we also offer EML - 224 logs made by Skipper. Including versions for double bottom, the log is manufactured as two - axis. Perfect for ferries and other units where measurement of lateral speed is key. Additional features include water temperature measurement.

EML - 224 basic set includes:

• Operator's panel,
• Connection box,
• Transducer for single or double bottom, fixed or retraceable, 10 m cable.

Optional accessories:

• IR - 300 digital repeater
• DLQ - 144 analogue repeater

Skipper DL-850 is a two - axis Doppler log, measuring the vessel's speed over water and ground as well as depth (up to 100 m). Also available with transducer for double bottom. Perfect for ferries and other units where measurement of lateral speed is key.

DL - 850 basic set includes:

• Operator's panel,
• Electronic panel,
• Transducer for single or double bottom, fixed or retraceable, 10 m cable.

Optional accessories:

• IR - 300 digital repeater
• DLQ - 144 analogue repeater
