"Turnkey" project development

We have many years' experience in developing and managing the entire investment process, from appropriate site selection, through wind measurements and analysis, acquisition of all necessary agreements, permits and expert's opinions, to wind farm construction and commissioning.

Micrositing

Wind farm designs are developer on the basis of maps verified during the on - site visit. Our main goal is to design the farm's layout in a way completely exploiting the wind characteristics and land conditions of a particular site.

Depending upon the Customer's wish, the design we develop may comprise of the following elements:

• Optimum micrositing design and productivity analysis;
• Noise emission analysis;
• Flicker effect analysis;
• Visual impact analysis;
• Photomontage of the planned wind farm;
• Animated photomontage of the planned wind farm.

Wind resource analysis

We develop productivity analyses on the basis of wind data owned by EPA as well as data provided by the Customer.

Short - term wind data may be correlated and interpolated with long - term data to significantly extend the scope of information about the wind characteristics of a particular site.

Consultancy services

We also provide consultancy services for the wind power industry:

• Due diligence of design documentation provided by the Customer,
• Economic analyses and feasibility studies,
• Due diligence of developers to be taken over by our Customers,
• Strategic analyses and industry reports, market development forecasts,
• Tender documentation.
