Inmarsat BGAN satellite phones On behalf of the Danish manufacturer, Thrane&Thrane, we have the pleasure of presenting you the BGAN satellite terminal series. The equipment not only provides satellite voice and fax services, but also unmatched data transmission performance - up to 492 kbps. Functions and features: The BGAN terminal comprises of integral antenna with built - in compass for easy orientation and a display showing basic functions. All you need to do is to enter PIN code and aim the antenna at a selected satellite to send or receive voice and fax messages or even receive SMS text messages.
After connecting to a computer you receive fast - up to 464kbit/s - Internet access, allowing you to use VPN, e - mail and WWW services. The bandwidth allows for direct video or voice feed from any (except for subpolar) area on the globe. BGAN is perfect for media use. The equipment is resistant to atmospheric conditions.
Easy to use: You don't need to worry about the range - it's everywhere, always when you need it. The costs are lower than you think - you pay only for actual transmission, regardless of the on - line time.

Hand - held Iridium Motorola 9505A satellite phone - global range The IRIDIUM Motorola 9505A is the smallest satellite phone on the market. It is small, durable, and offers a wide range of features and functions. Apart from the phone, a standard set includes battery with charger, vehicle charger, set of adaptors for different power sockets, magnetic vehicle antenna, leather carrying case and earphone with microphone. The phone enables data transmission using Data Kit, allowing for collaboration with a PC. Incoming calls are not charged. We offer our help in the phone registration procedure. Soon Iridium phones will be able to operate in cellular networks, i.e. the phone will act as an ordinary mobile phone.
