MARITIME ELECTRONICS DEPARTMENT - COMMERCIAL VESSELS - NAVIGATION - UAIS TRANSPONDERS

UAIS transponders, displaying information about all vessels in the vicinity and broadcasting own ship's data, are mandatory for all SOLAS vessels.

When connected to radar or ECDIS, UAIS enables visualization of objects invisible to radar, significantly improving safety of navigation.

Jotron TR - 2500 set includes the following elements:

• TR - 2500 transponder,
• VHF AV - 7 antenna and 20 m antenna cable,
• GPS Procom GPS4 antenna and 20 m antenna cable,
• Connection hub.

Optional accessories:

• Stepper/synchro converter - NMEA VAX-004

Also available:

• Saab AIS R4 transponder, configuration as above.

Transponder MX-Marine (Leica), MX-535 MKD, configuration as above.

The UAIS transponders may be simply upgraded to the following systems:
