"Lake Ostrowo" Wind Farm

EPA is a forerunner in development, construction and operation of wind farms in Poland. "Lake Ostrowo" is the third wind farm we completed, following the Zagórze and Puck projects. More projects are in the pipeline.
Completion of the wind farm was crowned by the grand opening in Wolin.
In 2002 EPA started to pursue the idea to develop the "Lake Ostrowo" Wind Farm. During the next four years all administrative and study works necessary to complete the investment were carried out. By changing the commune's spatial development plan, entering into the interconnection agreement, acquiring the building permit and, finally, signing the power purchase agreement we completed the development of one of the largest wind farms in Poland.
